I plan on taking the conference for 1 graduate credits (note: payment of $50 will be made to Sonoma State University on the first day of the course)

Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds (less $50 service fee per registration) can be honored only if made in writing to the Stephens Group LLC 2000 East Oklahoma Ave. Milwaukee, WI 53207 prior to July 1st.

The conference needs a minimum of 40 participants. If less than 40 participants sign-up the conference will be cancelled and The Stephens Group will mail a refund check to those who have signed up.
